The truth is that we have no control over the circumstances life has dealt us. Perhaps you’ve lost money, family or health. It could be that you’ve missed out on so many opportunities that others seemingly have been easily granted. You may think that life really HAS been unfair to you and that assessment may even be 100% correct. But STOP feeling sorry for yourself because life is not fair. So decide to learn how to be happy and stop blaming others or yourself because it’s not going to help the situation.
